In the event of a disaster like Superstorm Sandy, NC SPCA's Disaster Response Program has established a disaster plan that coordinates with the American Red Cross to help shelter our county's pets while their owners shelter with the Red Cross. Our team is trained, equipped and well prepared for natural disasters. Inform your community on how to get prepared. Schedule a Pet Safe Program presentation.
