NCSPCA Terms of Use

The Nassau County Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (“NCSPCA”) is a 501(c)(3), non-profit organization, the mission of which is to protect animals in Nassau County from abuse and neglect, to provide basic animal welfare, and to enforce NYS Agriculture & Market Laws as well as all other state and local animal protection laws.

NCSPCA is a singular entity, and is in no way associated or affiliated with the ASPCA or any other animal rights organization.

As a service to its patrons, NCSPCA operates this website, all uses of which are governed by the following Terms of Use:

Acceptance by Use Your use of the NCSPCA website indicates that you have read, understand and accept the terms set forth below. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please discontinue use of the site.

Disclaimer / Limitation of Liability The NCSCPA website is presented for your use on an as-is basis, with no warranties as to accuracy, ease or availability of use, or reliability. By using the NCSPCA website, you:

The NCSPCA is extremely thankful to its patrons for their participation and dedication to NCSPCA’s mission. In exchange for your participation, NCSPCA takes your privacy very seriously.

NCSPCA collects the personal information that you voluntarily provide through the NCSPCA website or otherwise provide through written communications with NCSPCA, interactions with NCSPCA staff, our mailings, event registrations, and your contributions.

NCSPCA uses this information only for purposes which further its mission, including to respond to you or contact you in the future about additional opportunities.
